Uzbekistan to Participate in Badminton Tournament in Kabul

An international badminton tournament will commence in Kabul on December 4, reports TOLONews. Athletes from Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Iran, and Syria are expected to participate in the competition.

According to representatives of the Afghanistan Badminton Federation, players from Syria and Uzbekistan have already arrived in the capital. A total of 16 athletes, including six international participants, will compete in this stage of the tournament.

The matches will be broadcast live on Lemar TV. Previously, the Afghanistan Badminton Federation had organized similar competitions with teams from Russia and Pakistan.
