Iran’s Persepolis offer $1 million for Khojiakbar Alijonov

Pakhtakor Tashkent defender Khojiakbar Alijonov could move to Iran’s Persepolis. According to Sportilinet, the Iranians are ready to pay around $1 million for the player’s transfer. This was reported by kursiv.uz.reports.

According to the information, as of late December Alijonov’s transfer value is estimated at €1.2 million ($1.4 million). This figure makes him one of the most expensive players in the Uzbekistan Super League.

The defender’s current contract with Pakhtakor runs until the end of 2026. Earlier, reports also circulated that foreign clubs, including Persepolis, were interested in Alijonov, but there has been no official confirmation of a deal yet.
