Umarali Rahmonaliyev moves from Rubin to Azerbaijan’s Sabah

Uzbek midfielder Umarali Rahmonaliyev has transferred from Kazan’s Rubin to Baku-based Sabah. The Russian club announced the move via its Telegram channel.

Rahmonaliyev played for Rubin from 2023 until January 2025. He then joined Sabah, initially representing the team on a loan deal.

The player made 27 appearances for the Kazan club, logging 1.7 thousand minutes. For Sabah, he featured in 36 matches and scored 3 goals.

According to Transfermarkt, the player’s market value stood at €800,000 at the end of last December. In the 2025–2026 Azerbaijan Premier League season, Sabah finished first with 37 points, while Rubin are seventh in the Russian Premier League with 23 points.
