Jikia’s agent comments on defender’s possible departure from Antalyaspor

Vladimir Kuzmichyov, the agent who works with Antalyaspor defender Georgiy Jikia, shared his thoughts on the player’s future. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .

According to him, Jikia is doing well and the club’s coaching staff is counting on him. The reason he did not feature in recent matches was a minor injury; he has now fully recovered and is expected to play in the next game.

Earlier, media reports suggested that the Turkish club wanted to part ways with the former Spartak captain.

This season, Jikia has made 12 appearances in the Turkish league and scored 2 goals. His contract with Antalyaspor runs until mid-2027.
