In Uzbekistan, an Uzbek-French University will be established following a decision by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. This higher education institution will operate in accordance with Uzbekistan's laws and the recommendations of the consortium of French universities.
In its initial phase, the university will begin training master's students, with undergraduate and doctoral programs to be introduced later. A special preparatory course will be implemented for student admissions.
Education will be provided either on a grant basis or through tuition contracts. Graduates will receive two diplomas simultaneously: one from the new university and another from a French university within the consortium.
The French diploma will be recognized in Uzbekistan.
