The program, planned until 2030, aims to train and enhance the qualifications of approximately 500 highly skilled automotive engineers in Uzbekistan. These engineers are expected to drive the development of the national automotive industry.
The training process will be implemented through partnerships with leading technical universities in China and South Korea, as well as the research and development centers, experimental design institutes, and design centers of automotive manufacturers. The project is divided into two main directions: engineers and technologists from the ADM Global group will participate in medium-term and long-term practical training programs ranging from 3 to 12 months.
These training sessions will be organized at the global R&D and design centers of companies such as Kia, Chery, GWM, and Changan in China and Korea. This process provides an opportunity to directly learn from the expertise of leaders in the global automotive industry.
Students from Uzbekistan's technical higher education institutions will be selected on a competitive basis and granted the opportunity to study free of charge at universities in China that cooperate with major automotive manufacturers. The program focuses on practical and specialized education tailored to the needs of the modern automotive industry.
The program aims not only to prepare specialists capable of repairing cars but also to develop professionals capable of designing new products, innovating mechanisms and components, testing engineering solutions, and applying them in actual production.
The implementation of the "Engineering Forsaj" program enables Uzbekistan to transition from assembling vehicles to developing high-tech solutions, strengthening the country's position in the global automotive market.
