Trump may resume attacks against Iran after Hajj

U.S. President Donald Trump may resume military actions against Iran after the Hajj season, according to reports. Sources from Middle East Eye indicate that Washington's allies in the Persian Gulf urged him not to continue the war during the pilgrimage.
On May 18, Trump stated that the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar had asked him to halt attacks. It is reported that a planned strike against Iran on May 19 was postponed for this reason.
According to sources, the U.S. side was warned that an attack carried out on the eve of Eid al-Adha could cause serious damage to Washington's reputation in the Muslim world.
The publication writes that Trump also received warnings from his administration officials that restarting a U.S.-Iran conflict at this time would negatively affect his political standing.
