How to digitize the management of apartment buildings?

A single electronic database of multi-storey buildings will be developed in Uzbekistan. This was announced at a press conference at the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, Sputnik correspondent reported.

"Technical passports of multi-storey buildings will also be developed. For this, houses built before 1991 will be first inspected and technical passports will be created. On this basis, an electronic database will be launched, where the condition of all houses will be clearly visible," the report says.

Based on these passports, a list of houses to be repaired or renovated will be formed.

The apartment building management system will also be fully digitized, with general meetings, reports, appeals and dispatch services digitized.

Residents' appeals are sent to management service companies through the "My Home" system, and their implementation is monitored by the Ministry.

In addition, a single inter-departmental platform "Safe Elevator" is being developed for managing and monitoring elevators of multi-apartment buildings.

To date, 8,942 elevators in high-rise buildings have been inspected, and passports and certificates of conformity will be introduced. On this basis, 2,001 elevators will be renewed and 382 will be repaired in the next 5 years. Follow “Zamin” news on “Telegram”
