The Uzbekistan national team continues its successful journey towards medals at the IBA World Championship. Hasanboy Dusmatov and Khuzhanazar Nurtojiev, demonstrating exceptional skill and dominance in their weight categories, have advanced to the semifinals.
In the 51 kg weight category, Uzbek boxer Hasanboy Dusmatov secured a confident victory over Miroj Sufijonov of Tajikistan. Throughout the bout, he maintained control, outperforming his opponent with quick and precise punches.
The judges unanimously declared Dusmatov the winner with a score of 5:0. In the 57 kg weight category, Khuzhanazar Nurtojiev faced Armenian veteran athlete Jiraer Sarkisyan.
Thanks to his precise movements at range and disciplined defense, Nurtojiev won the match with a 4:1 score, advancing to the next round.
