Khaykin writes Man City win into Norwegian sports history

Nikita Khaykin, goalkeeper of Norway’s Bodø/Glimt, shared his impressions after an unexpected victory over Manchester City. This was reported by euro-football.ru. reports .

In the 7th-round match of the Champions League league phase, the Norwegians won 3–1.

“Even after the match we still haven’t fully realized it: we beat one of the strongest organizations of the 21st century in the football industry. This game went down in history not only for us, but for Norwegians and for Norwegian sport as a whole,” Khaykin said on the VideoSports program.

The goalkeeper called the result one of the most important wins of his career.
