Interaction with Vasilisa takes place via special touchscreen kiosks. The digital assistant can understand speech and text, providing advice on airline services and assisting with flight search and booking processes.
The main goal of this project is to reduce the load on airport information desks and ensure fast service for passengers. The system is also adapted for passengers with disabilities, aiming to provide them with greater convenience.
In the future, Aeroflot plans to further develop this technology and expand its functional capabilities. Developers note that Vasilisa's versatility allows for effective use not only in airports but also at railway stations and other major transport hubs.
