Cement Imports in Uzbekistan Decrease 8.6 Times

Cement imports in Uzbekistan decreased by 8.6 times
During the period from January to September 2025, Uzbekistan imported 72,000 tons of cement, which is 8.6 times less compared to the same period last year. This was reported in a statement by the State Statistics Committee.

In monetary terms, cement imports amounted to $4.4 million. The main supplier was Kazakhstan, exporting 33,700 tons of cement.

Iran ranked second, supplying 31,200 tons of cement. Next on the list were Kyrgyzstan (2,700 tons) and Tajikistan (2,500 tons).

Russia completed the top five by exporting over 1,200 tons of construction materials.
