Tashkent and New York Preparing for Cooperation

Plans are underway to prepare an agreement on establishing cooperation between Tashkent and New York. This was reported by the press service of the Tashkent City Administration.

This agreement was reached during a meeting between New York Mayor Eric Adams and Tashkent Mayor Shavkat Umurzoqov. During the discussions, issues related to the development of the two major metropolises were addressed.

The city leaders reviewed prospects for future collaboration. The Tashkent mayor presented the key aspects of the "Tashkent Development Strategy to 2030" to the American side.

The parties specifically discussed reforms in transport, logistics, and utility services. Additionally, a presentation of projects being implemented with international companies was held.
