Beauty contests in Russia have always been grand and captivating. This year, the "Missis Russia – 2025" contest was held among married women, and the winner was crowned. The final of the contest took place on August 15 at the famous "Na Plyushchikhe" theater center in Moscow. The winner was 37-year-old Ekaterina Semenova from Magnitogorsk, who was recognized as the most beautiful woman in Russia.
Ekaterina Semenova is a person with a unique life who has become an inspiration for many women. She is known for her achievements in beauty contests such as "Magnitki Beauty," "Ural Federal District Beauty," and "Magnitogorsk Pearl." After these contests, Ekaterina became an organizer and stage director and now works as a runway coach.
One of the most prestigious titles of this year, the "Grand Prix Missis Russia – 2025," was awarded to Yulia Smolyakova from Samara. The participants in the contest included not only the wives of heroes from the special military operation but also businesswomen, doctors, teachers, and mothers of many children. Specifically, six of them are raising four or more children.
The contest had 28 different nominations, including "Missis Smile," "Missis Compassion," "Missis Internet," and five titles: first, second, and third vice-missis Russia, "Missis Russia Classic," and "First Vice-Missis Russia Classic."
This year, 46 women from 22 cities of Russia participated in the contest, including Ingushetia, Sevastopol, Kursk, and other cities. The youngest participant was 26-year-old Yulia Savochkina from Smolensk, and the oldest participant was 63-year-old Marina Saveleva from Nizhny Novgorod.
The "Missis Russia" contest is organized by the "Women's Planet" foundation, and it has been held annually in Moscow since 2000. The main winners of the contest get the right to appear on the cover of the renowned "Woman Star World" magazine. In the 2024 contest, the winner was 40-year-old Lyudmila Rozhneva, a mother of three from St. Petersburg.
In addition, the winner of the "America Beauty 2025" contest has also been determined. 22-year-old Abby Stockard, a nursing student from Auburn University in Alabama, won the "America Beauty" title.
