According to the Central Bank, as of November 18, the exchange rate of the US dollar stood at 12,009.92 soums, decreasing by 29.69 soums. Additionally, the regulator updated the rates for the ruble and the euro: the ruble is 147.80 soums, and the euro is 13,933.91 soums.
According to the Uzbekistan Currency Exchange, the opening rate for the US dollar on November 17 was 12,010.00 soums, witnessing a decrease of 29.61 soums. By 4:00 PM on November 17, banks were buying US dollars at prices ranging from 11,950 to 11,980 soums and selling them between 12,035 and 12,095 soums.
The ruble was being bought at rates between 90 and 141 soums and sold at rates between 150 and 190 soums. The euro was purchased within the range of 12,830 to 13,830 soums and sold at rates between 14,000 and 15,500 soums.
