China has launched a new AI platform,3dnews.ru reports. The platform was launched on December 23, 2025—one month before the U.S. “Genesis” (Genesis Mission) project was announced. By launching the platform, China moved ahead of the U.S. and rolled out a mega-network to capitalize on its scientific research.

The new platform is based on SCNet and enables automated scientific research using supercomputers. It fully automates workflows, making it possible to speed up critical scientific studies. The platform’s software accepts natural-language instructions, reframes tasks, allocates computing resources, analyzes data, and delivers results as a report.
