According to a ranking compiled by Biznes Online based on Bloomberg data, billionaire Alisher Usmanov was listed among Russia’s six richest people at the end of 2025. His wealth is estimated at $19.3 billion, reportedly up by $6 billion over the year. This was reported by kursiv.uz.reports.
The list is led by Norilsk Nickel owner Vladimir Potanin: his capital is estimated at $26.4 billion, though it fell by $1.4 billion over the year. Second is Severstal founder Alexey Mordashov ($26.3 billion), and third is NLMK board chairman Vladimir Lisin ($23.7 billion).
According to the publication’s calculations, the combined wealth of Russia’s 20 billionaires rose by more than $18.3 billion last year, reaching $299.2 billion. As a reminder, in 2024 Usmanov’s dividend income was estimated at around 96.2 billion rubles ($1.2 billion); Forbes Russia says this figure increased by 20.4% year on year.
