Construction works in Uzbekistan reach 25.3 trillion soums

In Uzbekistan, construction works worth a total of 25.3 trillion soums were carried out in the first ten months of this year. This was reported by the State Statistics Committee.

According to the Committee, most construction activities were conducted in Tashkent city, amounting to 12 trillion soums. Tashkent region (3.8 trillion soums) and Kashkadarya region (2 trillion soums) followed in the rankings.

The region with the least amount of construction work was Syrdarya region, where only 210.2 billion soums worth of projects were implemented. Additionally, construction works amounting to 366.2 billion soums were carried out in Khorezm, and 422.5 billion soums in Jizzakh.
