
The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has set the official exchange rate of the US dollar at 12,130.01 soums for December 16. This represents an increase of 32.08 soums.
Additionally, as of December 16, the euro exchange rate was set at 14,245.48 soums, reflecting an increase of 50.98 soums. The ruble rate rose by 1.27 soums to reach 153.04 soums.
As of 4:00 PM on December 15, commercial banks were buying US dollars at rates between 12,040 and 12,080 soums, while selling them at rates between 12,130 and 12,190 soums. The euro was being purchased by banks within the range of 13,000 to 13,940 soums, and sold between 14,150 and 15,500 soums.
Meanwhile, banks were buying rubles at rates between 90 and 144 soums, and selling them within the range of 152 to 190 soums.
