The Uzbekistan national futsal team played against Australia in the second round of Group "C" of the Asian Cup and won the match with a score of 4:2. The match took place at the Indonesia Arena in Jakarta.
The debate started at a very fast pace. The Australians opened the scoring in the 8th minute with a goal from Jiden Harb. Notably, the Uzbek team responded immediately, and Anaskhon Rahmatov equalized the score. However, the opposing team did not stop attacking and again took the lead in the 9th minute thanks to Harb's second goal.
After that, Uzbekistan found its game. In the 11th minute, Ikhtiyor Ropiyev scored an important goal, making the score 2:2. In the 19th minute, Ilhom Hamroyev's accurate shot put our team ahead for the first time - 3:2.
In the second half, the Uzbekistan national team demonstrated an orderly game, suppressed the opponent's pressure, and kept the situation under control. At the end of the match, Muzaffar Ahadjonov scored a goal in the 37th minute, formalizing Uzbekistan's victory - 4:2.
