A video of the incident has been circulating on social media. The video shows several people hitting a car coming towards them, and when it turned back, two people threw stones at it.

The Capital Traffic Safety Department reported that the incident occurred on February 7 at approximately 03:20 on Takhtapul Street in Shaykhantohur District. As a result of an argument between several citizens, the driver of a Gentra car drove into several citizens.
