One of Saudi Arabia’s leading clubs, Al-Nassr, is actively operating in the summer transfer window. According to reports, the club is planning to strengthen its squad by signing Manchester United player Antony.
According to French publication Foot Mercato, Al-Nassr has already made an official offer for Antony’s transfer. However, the exact amount offered for the deal has not yet been disclosed.
The 25-year-old Brazilian midfielder Antony is valued at €35 million according to the Transfermarkt portal. In the second half of last season, he played on loan for Spain’s Real Betis.
It’s worth noting that earlier media reports stated Al-Nassr’s management promised Cristiano Ronaldo that the team would seriously compete for the championship and take necessary steps to strengthen the squad. Now, it seems the club is keeping its word by starting to attract new stars.
