
Uzbek athlete Konstantin Belousov won the IRONMAN 70.3 Goa international competition held on November 9, 2025, in the state of Goa, India. He completed the race in 4 hours, 25 minutes, and 47 seconds, securing first place among more than 1,300 triathletes from 31 countries.
The fifth edition of the competition attracted a record number of participants. The event was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Goa, Pramod Sawant.
Athletes covered the classic distance: 1.9 km swimming, 90 km cycling, and 21.1 km running. Belousov overtook his German and Czech rivals, finishing first at the finish line.
The second place went to Germany's Michael Lennig (4:36:42), and third place was taken by Michael Zolzer (4:42:19). Among women, British athlete Ellie Garrett won, finishing in 5 hours, 18 minutes, and 43 seconds.
India's Timtim Sharma secured second place, while Britain's Lucy Blanchard took third place. According to the organizers, the Goa competition is considered one of the most beautiful in the IRONMAN 70.3 series but also one of the most challenging courses due to the humid climate and complex terrain.
