One decision — three children’s future: father prepaid 60 million soums

Based on the Shahrisabz inter-district court ruling on alimony recovery, a father registered as a debtor took an important step for his children.

By agreement with the claimant, he decided to pay in advance the alimony calculated until his children reach adulthood.

In December 2025, a total of 60 million soums in alimony was paid in full, financially securing the future of three children. Since the funds were recovered, the enforcement document was closed in accordance with the установленный procedure.

Sometimes a single decision can change an entire family’s future. Alimony is not just an obligation—it is a father’s responsibility for a child’s destiny.
