
On November 10, 2025, during the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games held in Riyadh, the Uzbekistan national boxing team successfully concluded the semifinals. Out of the eight boxers participating in the competition, four advanced to the finals, while two female athletes secured bronze medals.
In the 60 kg weight category, Madiyor Daniyarov achieved a confident 4:1 victory over Iranian representative Donyol Shohbaxsh. In the 65 kg weight category, Abdulloh Madaminov also displayed an impressive performance, defeating Iraqi competitor Ali al-Sarray with a score of 4:1.
In the women’s bouts, Humorabonu Mamajonova triumphed over Algerian Shohira Selmun with a 3:2 score in the 57 kg weight category. In the 60 kg weight category, Oydinaxon Ismoilova overcame Pakistan's Fatima Zahra in a challenging fight, winning 3:2.
In the 51 kg weight category, Zilolaxon Yusufova lost to Turkey’s Rabia Topuz in the semifinals with a score of 1:4 and secured a bronze medal. In the 54 kg weight category, Uzukjamol Yunusova was defeated by Turkey’s Ayşe Taşkın with a score of 0:5, concluding the competition with a bronze medal.
