Ahead of the New Year, a new hall designed for the national sport of kurash was launched in Bulungur district of Samarkand region. The Ministry of Sports reported this.
In addition, a playground at the district sports school in Narpay district reopened after reconstruction. District and regional officials, sports representatives, and members of the public attended the opening ceremonies.
The construction and renovation of sports facilities were funded under the “Initiative Budget” program. A total of 3 billion soums was allocated for the projects.
