Safonov shares three wishes for compatriots ahead of New Year

PSG goalkeeper Matvey Safonov sent New Year greetings to Russian fans. He published his message on his Telegram channel. This was reported by euro-football.rureports.

Safonov also listed his three main wishes for 2026: achieving goals in the new year, not losing self-confidence, and doubting nothing.

The goalkeeper thanked fans for their constant support. He is currently recovering due to a broken hand.

In December, Safonov managed to start four consecutive matches for the Parisians. During that stretch, he conceded three goals and also saved four consecutive penalties against Flamengo in the shootout of the FIFA Intercontinental Cup final.
