Quilmes, considered one of Argentina’s oldest football teams, was founded in 1887. The club has many devoted fans, but the team is currently going through a difficult period and needs support. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .
The club’s management announced a stadium reconstruction plan and made an unusual proposal to supporters. It’s not about raising money or the size of donations — fans are being asked to come to the stadium the old-fashioned way and directly take part in construction and repair work.
Despite the scorching summer days in the Southern Hemisphere, fans welcomed the call and said they are ready to help with the stadium renovation.
