Al Nassr devises a new plan to keep Ronaldo at the club

Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo plans to leave Al Nassr in the summer of 2027, when his current contract expires. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .

According to journalist Ben Jacobs, Saudi Arabia is considering an option to keep Ronaldo in the country by retaining him as a club owner. Under the plan, the player’s current stake in Al Nassr could be increased to 15%. The league is analyzing various scenarios to ensure global interest does not drop sharply if Ronaldo leaves.

Ronaldo joined Al Nassr in 2023 as a free agent. This season, he has played 20 matches for the Saudi club, scoring 17 goals and providing 3 assists.
