Instagram Plus on trial: new paid features are appearing

Meta is testing a new paid subscription for Instagram - Instagram Plus - in several countries. This was reported by TechCrunch sources.

It is reported that this premium subscription provides users with additional and exclusive features. In particular, the possibility of viewing Stories without the author's knowledge may be introduced. This allows subscribers to track content anonymously.

Additionally, users are expected to be able to track how many times each person has viewed their "stories." Another innovation is the possibility of creating an unlimited list for Stories in addition to "Close Friends."

It also provides for the possibility of storing Stories for 48 hours instead of the usual 24 hours. Once a week, the "Highlighting" function may also be implemented, which serves to increase the coverage of content.

According to reports, Instagram Plus is currently being tested in Mexico, Japan, and the Philippines. The price varies depending on the region and is said to be around 1-2 dollars.

It is not yet clear when this service will be launched globally and implemented in all countries.
