On the Internet, online courses can now be held only by entrepreneurs

The Government approved the Regulation "On the Procedure for Implementing Educational Activities".

Educational activities are considered a type of activity that is aimed at the formation of skills and qualifications necessary for the personal, intellectual and spiritual development of a person, increasing his social and economic activity, demonstrating his intellectual and creative potential, improving his individual potential, capabilities, and communicative abilities, and is not covered by state educational standards.

The Regulation establishes the procedure and forms of implementing educational activities and provides for the following:

- organizational and legal forms of implementing educational activities and requirements for those implementing these activities;

- forms of carrying out educational activities (lectures, presentations, seminars, master classes, courses, lectures, marathons, round tables and other forms not prohibited by law, in person or online, individually or in groups, paid or free of charge);

- the procedure for carrying out educational activities, including the requirement to develop a mandatory educational program if there are minors among the audience of these activities;

- the rights, obligations of participants in educational activities and prohibited actions when carrying out educational activities.

Educational activities can be carried out by establishing a legal entity or registering as an individual entrepreneur.

Educational activities are carried out on a paid basis in accordance with a written or electronic contract.

Participation in educational activities of persons under the age of 14 as listeners is allowed with the written consent of their parents (legal representatives). Follow “Zamin” news on “Telegram”
