An unusual incident in Chilanzar district has sparked wide public interest. On the evening of June 17, two women — 31-year-old unemployed S.A. and 40-year-old salon worker B.R. — ordered pizza.
Around 11:30 PM, the food was delivered by 24-year-old E.B., a native of Andijan. One of the women paid him and invited him into the apartment. Although hesitant at first, the man agreed to enter.
Upon seeing both women inside, he got scared and wanted to leave. However, they invited him to have dinner. After the meal, they offered him alcohol, which he refused. Then the women locked the door, took him to the bathroom, bathed him, and later dragged him into the bedroom.
After the incident, the man managed to get out and immediately called the police at 102. At around 2:30 AM on June 18, law enforcement officers arrived and took all parties in for investigation. During the inquiry, the women confessed to their actions.
On June 22, the Chilanzar District Court found both women guilty under Article 118, Part 2 of the Criminal Code. Taking into account that the man did not file a formal complaint and only requested 10 million soums as moral compensation, each woman was sentenced to 15 days of administrative detention.
Additionally, the court ordered each woman to pay 5 million soums in moral damages to the victim.
