Starting from July 21 and in the following days, high temperatures will continue across Uzbekistan. This was officially announced by the Republican Hydrometeorological Center — “Uzhydromet”.
According to experts, the weather conditions during this period may be hotter than usual in several regions. In particular, daytime temperatures are expected to range between +40...+43 degrees. In the southern regions of Uzbekistan, temperatures may rise to +44...+45 degrees.
Especially in the second half of the workweek, forecasts suggest that the heat will remain stable. Daytime temperatures will be around +38...+41 degrees, and in some places may reach +42...+43 degrees. At night, temperatures are not expected to drop significantly — remaining at +23...+28 degrees.
Such conditions pose an increased risk to human health. These include the possibility of sunstroke, dehydration, and sudden spikes or drops in blood pressure. Therefore, it is very important for every citizen to take personal safety measures.
According to meteorological analysis, no precipitation is expected throughout Uzbekistan. However, wind speeds may increase in some regions — up to 13–18 m/s. This could lead to dusty and windy conditions.
In the capital Tashkent, the weather will also be mostly clear. No rain or cooling is expected. Nighttime temperatures will range from +23...+26 degrees, while daytime temperatures between July 21–23 will reach +40...+42 degrees. On July 24–25, daytime temperatures will slightly decrease to +38...+40 degrees.
Climatologists and doctors advise avoiding direct sun exposure for long periods, refraining from excessive physical activity, taking breaks in cool environments, and drinking fluids regularly.
