Dusty conditions or rain mixed with snow are also possible. The nighttime temperature will be 10–15 degrees, and the daytime around 20–25 degrees.
In Khorezm, an east wind is also expected, with dust storms possible in some districts. At night, the temperature will be 10–15 degrees, and during the day relatively warm weather is expected at 23–28 degrees.
In Bukhara and Navoi regions, the days will be warm and pleasant. The wind will be from the east at a speed of 7–12 m/s. At night, the temperature will be 12–17 degrees, and during the day 27–32 degrees.
In Tashkent region, as well as in Samarkand, Jizzakh and Syrdarya regions, the wind will also be from the east at 7–12 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will be 12–17 degrees, and daytime around 26–31 degrees.
In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, the weather may be somewhat warmer. The wind direction will be east, with a speed of about 7–12 m/s. At night, the temperature will be 14–19 degrees, and during the day 28–33 degrees of heat.
In Andijan, Fergana and Namangan regions, the wind will be relatively weak — 5–10 m/s. In these regions, nighttime temperatures will be 12–17 degrees, and daytime around 26–31 degrees, with warm weather expected.
In the foothill and mountainous areas, the weather will be partly cloudy but without precipitation. The wind will be from the east at 7–12 m/s. At night, the temperature will be 10–15 degrees, and during the day around 20–25 degrees.
In conclusion, on September 28, most regions of the country will have warm days and cool evenings. Only in certain areas there is a chance of rain and dusty conditions.
