Number of Chinese Tourists Exceeds 200,000

According to the Uzbekistan Tourism Committee, the number of tourists arriving in Uzbekistan from China exceeded 200,000 during the first ten months of 2025. This outcome is attributed to 2025 being declared the "Year of Uzbekistan Tourism" in China.

Moreover, a mutual visa-free regime between Tashkent and Beijing was introduced starting in June. By the end of the year, the number of tourists arriving from China is expected to reach 250,000.

This figure is 40 percent higher than the annual plan and 3.7 times greater than last year’s results.
