Uzbekistan Airways to Lease Four Airbus A321neo Aircraft


Uzbekistan Airways has signed an agreement with the company CALC for the lease of four Airbus A321neo aircraft. According to Uzbekistan Airways, the two-class aircraft are scheduled to be delivered during 2027-2028.

The new aircraft will be equipped with modern interiors by Airspace Premium and advanced entertainment systems. Additionally, passengers will have access to high-speed wireless internet during flights.

"The Airbus A321neo aircraft combine efficiency, cutting-edge technology, and passenger comfort. This aligns perfectly with our strategy for sustainable development and enhancing competitiveness in the international market," said Uzbekistan Airways Chairman of the Board Shukhrat Khudoykulov.

This agreement is part of the airline's long-term strategy to renew and expand its fleet by 2028. As a result, the total number of A321neo models in Uzbekistan Airways' fleet will reach 15.
