Record statistics in the real estate market in October
In Uzbekistan, 27,100 transactions were conducted in the real estate market during October. This figure represents a 12 percent increase compared to the previous month, reaching the highest level since August 2023.

According to a report from the Center for Economic Research and Reforms (CERR), the number of transactions increased by an average of 26 percent in the Khorezm, Bukhara, and Tashkent regions. In Tashkent city, real estate sales grew by 5.3 percent in a month and by 32 percent over the year.

In the secondary housing market, the price per square meter increased by 2.4 percent in a month and by 7.4 percent over the year. In Tashkent, the price of secondary housing saw a slight increase of 0.7 percent in a month but decreased by 1 percent over the year.

The prices of newly constructed homes have risen by 2.1 percent over the year. Rental prices in Tashkent city remained almost unchanged in October, averaging at $8.5 per square meter per month.

The highest rental prices were recorded in the Mirabad, Yakkasaroy, and Mirzo Ulugbek districts, averaging $10.2 per square meter. According to the CERR, rental prices increased by 1.6 percent compared to October of the previous year.
