Wildberries launches WB Taxi service in Uzbekistan
The Russian e-commerce platform Wildberries plans to launch the WB Taxi service in Uzbekistan on a trial basis. This was reported by Kursiv Uzbekistan.

According to company representatives, the service will initially operate in a "closed club" format. This controlled launch is expected to ensure smooth operations and create a comfortable experience for passengers.

At the preliminary stage, the service will be tested by the platform’s employees and partners. Additionally, customers can expect favorable rates, quick vehicle availability, and 50% cashback in "watermelon," an online currency.

"The closed club format allows us to focus maximum attention on service development. We are launching the product step by step and carefully monitoring all elements of the system.

Feedback from club participants will help us improve the service and prepare for its expansion," said WB Taxi head Anatoliy Smorgonskiy. WB Taxi also promises favorable conditions for drivers, including low commission rates and guaranteed earnings per shift if service requirements are met.

In the next phase, WB Taxi plans to expand its operational zones and open the service to all users. It should be noted that during the summer, Wildberries’ subsidiary in Uzbekistan officially registered the WB Taxi company.

A similar service is currently being tested in Belarus.
