In January and February 2026, a total of 11,876 foreign citizens arrived in Uzbekistan for treatment. This was reported by the National Statistical Committee.
According to the data, citizens of neighboring countries predominated among the patients who visited our country. The largest number of patients were from Tajikistan, where their number reached 7,562.
Also, 2,530 patients from Kyrgyzstan and 1,212 patients from Kazakhstan received medical services in Uzbekistan.
Among the foreign patients, citizens of other countries are relatively few - for example, 338 patients from Afghanistan and 208 from Russia came to Uzbekistan for treatment. A total of 26 people arrived from other countries.
These figures demonstrate the quality and reliability of medical services in Uzbekistan, as well as the growing potential of medical tourism in our country.
