Akhmat fighters began using “AI birds” near Kursk
Soldiers of the special forces unit "Akhmat" began to use FPV drones with automatic target acquisition to strike targets in the Kursk region. This was reported by the drone operator with the call sign Strelets.

"This "bird" is called "Boomerang", it has artificial intelligence (AI). Since there is AI, even if the "bird" loses the video signal or control signal under the influence of electronic warfare, it can automatically aim at a static or dynamic target and hit it," the soldier explained in an interview with TASS.

Another Akhmat fighter with the call sign Psih said that the enemy has begun to frequently use fiber-optic drones in battles, which fly 20 km or more into the territory. According to the serviceman, it is quite easy to calculate the launch site of such a UAV - there is a shiny fiber at the launch site, which can be seen even from the drone itself. Thus, the positions of Ukrainian operators have repeatedly been subjected to a retaliatory attack by FPV drones from the Aida group fighters.

Earlier, it was reported that the Russian Armed Forces struck military infrastructure facilities of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including airfields and warehouses where Ukrainian drones are stored and prepared for launch. Also, the coordinated work of artillery and missile troops made it possible to carry out targeted strikes on enemy manpower in 142 districts.
