Thailand’s Opal Suchata Chuangsri Crowned "Miss World 2025"
Hyderabad, India — The results of the "Miss World 2025" international beauty pageant have been announced. This year, the event was held in the southern Indian city of Hyderabad, and Thailand’s representative, Opal Suchata Chuangsri, was declared the winner, CNN reports.

A total of 108 contestants from around the globe took part in this prestigious competition. In the final, Hassett Dereje Admassu from Ethiopia earned the title of first runner-up.

The 72nd edition of the pageant was hosted by "Miss World 2016" Stephanie del Valle and popular Indian presenter Sachiin Kumbhar.

It is worth noting that India hosted this international event for the second consecutive year. India’s representative, Nandini Gupta, reached the finals and managed to enter the top 20.

India has a rich history of success in the "Miss World" pageant, with six of its women having won the crown:
