Ubay al-Kurshali emphasized that people living in Gaza want to thank Lamine Yamal for this step. The artist believes that the young footballer knew his actions could risk his career, participation in games, and future, but he still openly expressed his position.
"We want to thank him for what he did. Lamine risked his career, his participation in games, and his future, but he didn't care — he supported the Palestinian side," he said.
Lamine Yamal has recently been in the spotlight not only for his play on the pitch but also for his actions off it. Despite his young age, he has already become one of Barcelona's key players and is being mentioned as a symbol of a new generation in world football.
