Woman gives birth to quintuplets after 12 years of waiting

In Ethiopia, a woman who dreamed of having children for 12 years has given birth to quintuplets. This was reported by the BBC.
35-year-old Badriya Adem gave birth to four boys and one girl at Hiwot Fana Hospital. The delivery took place on the evening of May 5th via cesarean section. The woman was under constant medical supervision during her pregnancy, and specialists had told her she was expecting four babies. However, during the delivery, it was discovered there was a fifth baby.
Currently, the mother and babies remain in the hospital under medical observation. The newborns weigh between 1.3 and 1.4 kilograms, and doctors estimate a high probability of them growing up healthy.
It is reported that Badriya conceived naturally, without any IVF treatment. Experts note that the probability of having quintuplets naturally is approximately one in 55 million.
According to Badriya, she suffered from severe depression for years due to her inability to conceive.
The woman also mentioned that she makes a living through farming and is wondering how she will provide for her suddenly expanded family.
Following the joyful event, the babies were named Naif, Ammar, Munzir, Nazira, and Ansar.
