Additionally, the regulator updated the exchange rates for the Russian ruble and the euro: the ruble was set at 149.17 soums, and the euro at 13,992.43 soums. On November 14, the opening auction rate at the Uzbekistan currency exchange was recorded at 12,039.00 soums, with a daily increase of 53.90 soums observed.
As of 4:00 PM on November 14, banks were buying US dollars within the range of 11,930–11,980 soums, while selling them in the 12,020–12,095 soums range. For the ruble, the purchase price ranged from 90 to 140 soums, and the selling price was between 149 and 190 soums.
