
Salmon kebab is not only a unique dish but also a great way to spend time outdoors. To prepare it, you need minimal effort and simple ingredients.
To make the meat tender, it’s very important to choose and prepare the salmon correctly. First, the fish needs to be marinated. For this, mix 6 tablespoons of olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce in a deep bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Cut the salmon into large cubes and place it in the marinade for 30–40 minutes. During this time, the fish will absorb the aroma of the marinade and become very flavorful.
While the salmon is marinating, prepare the skewers. It is better to use wooden skewers — to prevent burning, soak them in water beforehand. Thread the fish pieces onto the skewers, alternating with lemon slices or any vegetables you like. This method adds not only beauty but also extra flavor to the dish.
