Official exchange rates set for march 10

The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has set new exchange rates for foreign currencies against the sum, effective from March 10, 2026. According to the updated data, while most major foreign currencies showed a downward trend, the US dollar continues its growth.
Specifically, the official rate of the US Dollar increased by 15.72 sum, reaching 12,191.25 sum. This indicator points to the ongoing strengthening of the dollar in the domestic market.
In contrast, the European currency — the Euro — became significantly cheaper. Its value decreased by 40.25 sum and was set at 14,111.37 sum. The Russian Ruble also moved downward, decreasing by 0.88 sum to stand at 154.20 sum.
Decreases were also observed in other foreign currencies. The British Pound dropped by 16.8 sum to 16,243.62 sum. The Chinese Yuan stands at 1,765.65 sum, while the Japanese Yen is at 77.23 sum. The Swiss Franc recorded one of the largest declines, falling by 41.85 sum to a value of 15,587.84 sum.
