
Acne is a skin problem that worries many people. Although it is especially common in adolescence, it is also observed in adults. Many people associate it only with the release of excess fat, but experts emphasize that this process is much more complicated.
According to dermatologists, the main reasons for the appearance of acne are:
1. Hormonal changes. During adolescence, menstruation, pregnancy, or stress, hormonal imbalance is disrupted, and sweat gland activity increases. This creates the basis for the appearance of acne.
2. Improper nutrition. Sugary, fatty, and instant foods (fast food, sweets) increase inflammation in the body. This also contaminates the skin.
3. Errors in skin care. Incorrect use of cream or cosmetics can block skin pores. As a result, bacteria multiply and acne develops.
4. Sleep and stress. Insufficient sleep and constant stress increase hormone activity and weaken the immune system - this also creates favorable conditions for acne.
5. Hygiene and lifestyle. Not cleaning the phone, frequently touching the face with your hands, dirty pillow mat - all of these transfer bacteria to the skin.
According to experts, it is important to choose the care system recommended by the dermatologist, and not to squeeze the acne or apply medication arbitrarily.
Proper nutrition, drinking clean water, healthy sleep, and avoiding stress are the best "medicines" for clean and stable skin.
