The President emphasized that increasing competitiveness in the service sector is directly related to the level of digitization of regions and sectors.
The Cadastre Agency was instructed to quickly finalize the unified register of real estate addresses, and the Ministry of Transport was instructed to launch a single platform that would allow purchasing tickets for all types of passenger transport.
“I repeat. Any leader who delays digitization will be opposing our policy of openness,” the President said.
The Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to set individual KPIs, specific tasks and deadlines for digitization for each minister and khokim.
For example, the Tourism Committee should launch a single platform that would allow tourists to remotely “book” hotels and resorts, purchase air and rail tickets, museum and theater tickets, and hire guides and translators.
Or, the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Justice should create the possibility of issuing an electronic visa to enter Uzbekistan in 3 days. Follow “Zamin” news on “Telegram”
