A disturbing video has surfaced on social media showing a man falling from the 9th floor of a residential building in Tashkent’s Yunusabad district. The incident has sparked widespread discussions online.
According to official sources, the event occurred around 1:30 a.m. on July 21, 2025. The individual, T.R., born in 2002, reportedly jumped from the window of his 9th-floor apartment located in the 9th residential area of Yunusabad.
The man struck the roof of the entrance awning before hitting the ground. Emergency responders transported him to the hospital with severe injuries. He was diagnosed with a closed head injury, fractures to the left clavicle and right ribs, a 2nd–3rd degree compression fracture of the lumbar vertebrae, and stage 2 traumatic shock.
He is currently under intensive medical supervision, and doctors are doing everything they can to stabilize his condition.
Further investigation revealed that the individual had been experiencing psychological difficulties since late 2024. He had previously undergone examinations by mental health specialists but had not been placed under consistent treatment.
A preliminary investigation is being conducted by the Yunusabad District Department of Internal Affairs. Based on the findings, an official legal decision will be made.
This incident highlights the growing need for mental health awareness and the importance of early psychological support, especially among youth. Experts urge families to maintain open communication and seek professional help at the first signs of emotional distress.
