Winter Heating Safety Rules Reminded

Safe heating rules in winter reminded

The Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan has warned citizens about the dangers of carbon monoxide and reminded them of the basic rules for safe heating during the winter. The Ministry advised against the use of faulty or improvised heating devices, as well as leaving gas-powered heating equipment unattended overnight.

It was also emphasized that gas stoves should not be used for heating rooms. Experts highlighted the importance of regular chimney cleaning to ensure safety.

"By following these rules, you can protect yourself, your loved ones, and your home from unfortunate incidents," the Ministry of Energy’s statement read.
